When I heard Druddigon in the Dexnav, I legitimately had no idea what pokemon it was. I could identify everything by cry alone until recently.

Raichu. Went from a cool 8-bit screech to regular mouse noises. It sounds like it took a huge step backwards in power level compared to Pikachu's anime cry, which was probably intentional because Pikachu and Game Freak.

For whatever reason, they polished all Gen IV cries but butchered I mean completely BUTCHERED the Gen V cries, like what the fuck???

Off the top of my head, these all sound like shit now:

Did B/W have a special sound engine that necessitated they redo them from scratch or something? Because otherwise they didn't care at all. They dropped the USB containing the files in a fucking fish tank.
