we already have, but he gets a separate typing and dex entry and is unrelated to the original Pokemon by evolution? So Charizard and Charizardon for example are ostensibly the same Pokemon from different eras and are separate dex entries, types, movepools, etc?

Were they around before the eventual take over of Gen V mons? We're other Pokemon from all over the world at home in Unova as well? Is that why they were able to return so swiftly after the MC beat N and Ghetsis at the Pokemon League?
