Granted it still has the spiky thing, but if thats everything it uses for attacks it will be unusable as it will have a shallow movepool.
Also the design is fucking stupid. Mega evolution is supposed to unleash the full potential of a pokemon. Thus mostly minor addittions. Yours literally makes a bunch of gears into a train.
