>>26686372I saw him actually move once bipedally in that AMV, every other scene was just different angles of him standing in the same place, and in that one scene that he did move on his hind legs it looked like he was using Extreme Speed or Agility or something, so he vanished when he moved so we don't know HOW he was moving
The other times he moved in the video, was on all fours the one time, and I think I saw him jump from a standing position once
also it just looks better for him to be standing up from out of the Pokeball because he looks better like that
