Sure, their designs are pretty different, and the frogs all have some design similarities (IE they're all blue, for some reason, and they're all bipedal), but that's not what we're talking about.

Granted, it was a stupid idea, but some "redesigns" of gen 5 pokemon ended up looking a lot better than the pokemon they were based on. Munna, however, is not one of those pokemon.
