Ash will get Litten and it will have a sad back story.
Girl will get Rowlet because the girl has never gotten the grass starter.
Other guy will get Popplio and it won't evolve.

I just know Ash won't have Popplio because it would take away attention from his other ~*awesome*~ water starter

If Serena comes with Ash and he keeps his team, he'll add Rowlet to fill his missing grass type (and keeping up with the flying type theme)

Serena will catch a Popplio and two other Alola mons. Ash will catch more Alola mons and they'll phase out Talonflame, Hawlucha and Niovern.

Clement or whoever the third member is will get a Litten.

Litten doesn't look like an "Ash Pokemon".
Popplio does, but i doubt it. So Rowlet is the only option?
However i also have my doubts on it, because it means he won't get the regional bird.
Basically it's a 60% Rowlet and 40% Popplio.

Ash's fire starters have always far more development, it only took them till XY let Ash have a water type starter evolve at least once.

Anyway hope he get's Rowlett cause it also doubles up as a flying type. Something Ash has far too many of.
