Because I have no life, I decided to look into this a bit further. I went down the list of pokemon over on
http://pokemondb.net/pokedex/national and went on from there
A few "rules" that I used to count
-"Angry eyes" had to have been slanted downwards, regardless of mouths being frowned (doesn't apply for pokes with something overshadowing their eyes. ex: gardevoir, seedot, etc)
-Pokemon like Dodrio, Executor, etc were counted as 1, as well as pokes with alternate forms like Giratina and Deoxys. Megas weren't counted
>Kanto: 68/150 45% >Johto 29/100 29%>Hoenn 33/135 24%>Sinnoh 39/107 36%>Unova 52/156 33%>Kalos 23/72 31%and just for fun
>Alola* 1/8 12%*counted for Solgaleo, Lunala, Rowlett, Litten, Popplio, Iwanko, Nekkoala, and Magearna
