There's not much I could say, but if you are using this in doubles I would suggest replacing Ryperior with a support like Audino, Aromatisse, Clefable, etc. using heal pulse and helping hand.

Light metal is the standard for mega Scizor. You're not going to stay as regular Scizor to abuse technician, so you may as well have the ability to switch in to a potential low kick.
