Trying to come up with a team for my SoulSilver run, and realized Johto has some of the most forgettable Pokemon in the series. What are the 6 most "Who?" Pokemon I could use to give the nobodies in Johto some love?

It's funny, considering the most overlooked Pokémon are some of my favorites, like Qwilfish, Girafarig, and Magcargo.
