After the Sun/Moon demo they're showing tomorrow, they're announcing GSC for 3ds Virtual Console. It's set to go live on the eShop immediately following the announcement.

Yeah, I caught a Mew through the Mew Glitch in the Yellow.

They're pretty much the same games except they can use wireless instead of link cables.
