Between the two Zard formes you have a wallbreaker, a DD sweeper, a SD sweeper, a Belly Drum sweeper, a Wisp supporter, and a bulky Roost attacker.
Charizard is better than Venusaur due to sheer versatility.
If you want a more objective opinion you can check how their formes are ranked in the OU viability thread on Smogon. I haven't checked in awhile but I believe between the two Zard formes they've always had a slight edge over Venusaur.
