Bulbasaur doesnt learn Poison moves despite being poison in every stage.
Turtwig doesn't learn any Ground moves.
Piplup learns Peck, not Metal Claw.
Mudkip DOES get Mud Sport and Mud Slap.
Fennekin DOES get a Psychic move early (Psybeam, 17)
Chespin learns Rollout at level 8.
Froakie learns Lick early but does get Fling later.
So there's a small number of cases where a Starter learns a STAB early, but its usually not until the 20s even in these cases. Which means yes, there is a small chance it is a Fairy type. But I doubt it.
