I always assumed the pants had a lot of empty space and the actual legs were thin like the arms, but a lot of "fan art" depicts the legs as being that huge underneath, now I wonder if that's how it's supposed to be seen.
I'm still leaning for the former since it's supposed to be a pokemon that is very strong despite barely eating.
