Honest question here regarding the few instants of music and recreations we've just heard until now.

I know Sun and Moon is set in Hawaii, which begs for its soundtrack to feel like something straight from Hawaii and most Pokemon music is quite cheerful to say the least, few here and there standing out.

I'm probably going fucking insane here, but these last themes (the Trainer and Wild Battle ones) have this really fucked up vibe I swear I can hear in many of its instants that feels all too familiar. Like it was trying to have a slight Hawaiian feel, but brought in something else along mixed with it. It might have been non-intentional, but goddamn, I can't put my finger on it.
