I kinda like that latter, the first one while isn't bad doesn't have much going for it, seems like it wouldn't evolve into the eel but weirder stuff has happened. The eel is rather decent though.

It's odd, while there are flaws and the base is borderline for me, the second stage I like, could just be the the whole gardevoir type appeal going on, ie feminine humanoid, not even for fug either.

Looks like its back is a path of stones, which is neat for an ambush idea. I'd like to see how a sprinker could play in, but people would question water type.
