Well excluding Red who is strong just by sheer levels and spams starter hyper beam, the strongest Pokemon trainers are Benga Challenge mode and Rematch Barry with Pokemon at level 85

Iris's Challenge mode rematch is nothing to laugh at with those held items

Debatably the BW2 protags, since they beat the entire PWT. They fought fucking everyone, so of course they're the strongest.

Also a nod to the DPPt protags, since they saved the universe from rogue space-gods and the fucking devil. Shout out for that shark-jumping bullshit.
