Less than fucking 0, it really is unpopular, a mega is useless to him as +100 stats isn't enough, and I can't see gf doing new cross gen evo, but maybe it'll happen.

But the likes of it having both an evo and a mega are inexistant.

Not completely impossible, it will be one of the first mons you can get in SM. Just change its typing and give it a broken ability and it'll be fine. Or just Magic Guard or something.
