Honestly my favourite part of umbreon is the glowy rings; I'm a sucker for bioluminescence.
I love Leafeon's palette but the texture on its tail and ears always bothered me, they make it look weird and flat, and the tail IS weird and flat.
Close second least fave is vaporeon because the back sprites prior to gen 5 all looked like ass to me and left a bitter taste in my mouth.
