It actually does its just almost nobody knows about it. you have to solo the elite 4 100 times in a row with arbok and then you need a master ball because it switches into a master ball when it evolves

The United Kingdom is better off outside the European Union

For a related one, there is not a single useful ice type pokemon, it is not ideal to have one on your team, they do not make fun gimmicks, and making a hail team is not absolutely hilarious if you get snowcloak and brightpowder on the same pokemon.

In the games, due to gameplay limitations, you cannot legitimately teach some moves to Mew. It's just a game mechanic, it's a different universe with different rules.

Yup. But those reasons still mean that a Mew owned by you, the player character, in the game world, cannot learn some moves. It could if it had an opportunity to, but it's like candy that's too high for you to grab.

Your shitty headcanon =/= fact
You can't just nitpick what's canon and what's not in the games. Everything in the games is canon; they're the baseline for the rest of the pokemon media.
