Even though Ash doesn't even remotely have a device to activate his "synchronization" with Greninja. So what do the other gems in the bracelet activate then? They can't all just synchronize or fuse trainers with Pokemon.
Plus, it'll just be another "Mega Evolution win button", adding nothing new or unique to SM
