- A Dark/Flying vampire finch. Learns plenty of hp draining moves.
- Hoatzins. First stage is fledgling, which starts out as normal flying, fights primarily with slashing attacks from the claws on its arms. Its feathers have not yet grown in. Second stage is a heavier grass/ flying pokemon with leafy feathers. Rather than using claws to slash foes, it attacks with sharp leaves.
- Fire/Poison Oilbird which spits flaming oil to attack. Under its oily black feathers, the actual bird is thin and scrawny.
-Psychic/Flying superb bird of paradise. Foes are entranced by its beautiful feathers and rhythmic movements. Learns a host of status and confusion moves.
- A Ghost/flying type based on marabou storks and undertakers
