I know that this idea has been thrown around on this board for a long time, but I want to talk about if one existed. How would it work and what would the region look like?

My idea was the idea is a massive continent that has every kind of environment/biome possible. Each environment would be a perfect are for each type. There would be a massive city in the center where you could reach each "region." The regions have multiple towns and one gym leader. There are also tons of wild areas that allow you to catch pokemon of that typing. Essentially there would be 18 gym leaders and the levels depend on the order you do them in. It allows you to explore. Find whatever pokemon you want.

The finale would be an elite four/champion scenario in the main city. The teams wouldn't be based on types but on different strategies.

There would also be side quests for legendaries, certain items, etc.
