Why the fuck can every single pokemon learn toxic? Do they all have venom?

Should be a toxic-type pokemon only move. Would also make stall a lot less annoying

The move Toxic should be changed to normal poison, and only have the toxic effect when used by a poison type pokemon.

You'd be surprised.
I've harvested countless amounts of salt from my friends because I get lucky misses even with 90% accuracy moves.

Lower the accuracy of Toxic to 75% or 70%. That way it's less accurate for everything else and guaranteed for Poison types.
