Nevermind that I read it wrong. Electabuzz could have fire punch still for coverage. But magmar would be more likely to die from earthquake damage from Electabuzz. I don't know about Jynx's defense but it would be near koed from the eq.

Jynx loses no matter what to either Buzz or Magmar, but especially so to Magmar.

so lets calculate between the 2:

252+ SpA Electabuzz Thunder vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Magmar: 121-144 (44.4 - 52.9%) -- 25.8% chance to 2HKO

252+ SpA Magmar Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Electabuzz: 127-150 (46.6 - 55.1%) -- 69.5% chance to 2HKO

Electabuzz has the SLIGHT advantage of being faster (105 SPE to Magmar's 93), but if Magmar can avoid the 2HKO, he wins.

Funny how neither of them get access to Ground or Rock coverage until they're fully evolved. In that case, Electivire almost always beats Magmortar 1v1.

Electabuzz can't learn Earthquake by any means until it evolves into Electivire.
Either way, Jynx loses to both Electabuzz (Fire Punch 2HKO, faster) and Magmar (any Fire STAB OHKO). Electabuzz wins against Magmar purely because of higher speed.
