Should I buy Blue Rescue Team or Explorers of the Sky on the eShop?

What makes Blue so different from Red? And why is it even a DS game when Red is a GBA game?

Buy explorers of sky. There are more pokemon, the story is better, and you get more gameplay for your money.
Blue rescue team is basically red rescue team but on the DS.
