Another one.
I didn't knew Hoppips rotated their wings to fly until I saw their 3D model, but apparently this was always intended.
I still don't know how to feel about it, always assumed Hoppips were light enough to just float with the winds.

Masquerain's a great design with great color scheme. Sure, it loses Water-typing, but it still can know Hydro Pump and Ice Beam, which is pretty rad.

You're not crazy. Pokedex entries have always emphasized they have to worry about strong gusts carrying them away and never mention being a helicopter. The helicopter thing is stupid anyway, neither of its evolutions get to have that.

To this day I still wish they gave the 'false-face intimidate' gimmick to Dustox or something instead and have Surskit evolve into a Water/Bug with Levitate instead or something. Or maybe just evolve into a water boatman and get swift swim instead or something.
