Whether they're too high really depends on whether it's more like Butterfree/Beedrill/Vivillon or Leavanny/Scolipede. There's a chance for either, really, but I think people might be setting themselves up for disappointment, myself included ;-;.

Scolipede's base stat in attack is exactly 100. And in BW it was less.

Also in BW the venipede line isn't met until pinwheel forest, where it's found at level 15 - you have to beat the second gym to even encounter it. Suggesting that the venipede line is similar to a route 1 shitbug line like burmy, wurmple, grubbin, caterpie or beedrill is redundant.

At lv 41 it has 125 hp so it means its hp is 75 if it has 31 IVs in hp. Also if it has 90 base spatk and milotic has 31 IVs

Also there's ツ and シ, which also aren't phonetically related. It's especially difficult when the font is anything but standard. Then you have other "pairs" that don't really have related sounds: めぬ (me/nu), れね (re/ne), マム (ma/mu). At least the last two are in the same consonant category; I just always mix them up.

Wait from the look of the trailer Milotic's HP was going down too fast, and it just cut-off from low hp. It definitely look like it was going to faint, not that it survived from where the vid was cut.
