Its really not that intimidating of an ability. Its realy just a hard counter to talonflame, and would help against a mega-momma-kanga. Even at that ypu have to axtually put it on your team. Wich id have to say its probably the least favorite of the reveals.

sides, lots of mons have hard counters that are hard countered by something else.

Was the bug's ability revealed?
I imagine that given it used Zap Cannon, it has Compound Eyes or an equivalent.

Honestly if I had to bet money it just still has Swarm and they just used Zap Cannon because it might have a cannon motif because of the name, or because it's just a very strong electric attack. I doubt there is any special reason for it.

Since it's a 3 stage evolution, I'm going to assume it will have actual decent speed by the looks of it and special attack just based on the attacks it used.

If I were gamefreak, I would give it an ability that shits on its potential, like defeatist. But it is most likely gonna be volt absorb or the speed boosting volt absorb
