Only Perfect Zygarde can learn Core Enforcer, and it can only become Perfect Zygarde while in a battle. Since regular and 10% Zygarde can't learn the move, it would mean that it gains it mid-battle, thus granting it a 5th move

I was against the idea at first but the usable evidence seems to be growing so I find it pretty plausible at this point.

I guess Megas have the distinction of new abilities while Synchros get new moves to try to be on par.

Also it writes a Z so it's the most signature attack ever. While it's a literally digimon thing to have a special attack as an extra move, I kinda like the idea, it has some potential to be good for the game

where does it say only Complete Forme has the move? This is what the official site says

Rayquaza wins mainly for its godly ability.

Zygarde's ability is garbage when 100% power and it still gets down OHKO'd by Ice Beam
