>>26959392The only reason they shouldn't be considered "nearly as weird looking" is because they are proportioned more realistically. Their basis is equally if not moreso concealed considering at the very least we know Swablu was inspired by a blue bird if nothing else. We don't have a clue what they were going for with pidgey and spearow.
