The website layout argument was torn apart in an earlier thread by people who actually know about websites and the weird way the Sun/Moon official website was coded. The coding is for 4 columns, and the list of all the Pokemon even makes bigger image boxes to deal with it right now. An older version of the starters had the three more centered, and Litten in the middle was still off center. The site is set up to use a gallery system, which is why you can see how clicking between the Pokemon doesn't actually take you to a new url. You'll notice none of the supporters have looked at the Japanese site at all for similar signs, though it would be just as useless as "evidence" anyway.
The "before" image is pure misdirection, using an image from a spinoff property. The Rockruff with Kukui image is just the latest version of the "welcome to the world of Pokemon" scene in all the games.
There's absolutely nothing to indicate Rockruff will be like Eevee. Nothing at all.
The only thing on that page that isn't pure wank is the "CoroCoro hints that Rowlet, Litten, Popplio, and Iwanko all hide a secret" line, which nevertheless means jack squat right now and in no way backs up any of the other nonsense on that page.
