>>26978479The only thing Persian has going for it is the stronger Fake Out, Purugly already outspeeds everything relevant that Persian outspeeds and Defiant is a great ability to threaten Intimidate pokemon or prevent the opponent from using Sticky Web/Defog. I'm not trying to argue that Purugly is a good Pokemon, both are PU after all, but Purugly is a better Persian. Whenever i use Persian, i use a Nasty Plot Set with Technician and its great special movepool
