I'm American and I love drinking and fireworks as much as the next guy, but:
1. GF doesn't recognize Braviary as a symbol of American patriotism, it's just an eagle pokemon.
2. They wouldn't waste ad space to promote a singularly foreign event. To distribute it globally would be slap to the face of every non-US player.
