There's tons of fast pokemon with high HP. A quick look through the pokedex will tell you that. It's possible that it had 31 IV's and not 0, but thats a random oddity that's inconsistent with what's typically shown in those trailers.
>>26981506This, however, is a realistic concern. I can't imagine it being that much faster than Galvantula, and it'll likely have a comparable movepool. If we're lucky, they might treat it similarly to Octillery, and give it a load of "beam" moves.
Also, I do have a feeling it'll have a good hidden ability, though.
