The real story behind this is actually kinda depressing. The kid who drew this had some kind of disease that basically ate away at him while also making his fingers look like they grew. He died some time ago. Art like this was his only way to communicate how he felt to the outside world.

Hi guys , This is just a new Pic I did of me in the Hospital at night with Misty from pokemon as the doctor. I am receving Crystal treatment in the hospital with Crystal IV int omy hand veins and the Crystal Air in the oxygen cannula, As well as having to touch the large light purple very strong glowing Crystal with several facets in the pic here. My hands are growing very long and bony from the Treatment and I'm crying because it is scary and it hurts, And I am sad and afraid to be in the hospital at night and I am Crying. It was Marfan's, yeah. His friend's name was Roger and he liked birds, which is why crystal guy has a bunch of pictures of birds.
