I knew a Pokemon that tried doing something similar. An exploud tried using hyper voice to wake his trainer up.
Needless to say, it wreaked the apartment's glass windows and caused severe structural damages. His trainer suffered permanent hearing damage. He is deaf now.
I myself have lost some hearing in my left side. It was not fun. Headache for days.
The exploud himself was send to be "reeducated". The apartment itself established new codes specifically forbidding entry of any Pokemon with known havoc moves.
Me? I am just lazing in the sunlight with my trainer. Funny thing about her, she is primarily fire type. I am the only grass Pokemon on her team. But it is all fine, even though the boys may be a bit rowdy now and then.
