This. Manaphy naturally resists anything this thing does, and with Heart Swap, it can steal the stat boosts outspeed and go for Tail Glow to set up, Waterfall to work with the attack boost, Surf/ Scald to get some good damage off, etc. It is honestly great.

It was on random but I have successfully been able to kill Charizard X with a Furfrou after getting a cotton guard up paralyzing it and then use return on him.
