Lightningrod now gives a +1 for each hit it negates, and it now negates all hits. So a doubles discharge would give mega sceptile a +3.

Bro what Flame Body already does, both in game and in competitive, is much more useful than that garbage. Plus I'm 99% sure there's already an Ability that prevents freeze. Magma Armor I believe.
