>>27025631>How do I evolve pokemon?Feed them candy. You can get more of that Pokemon's candy by catching more of that Pokemon or by transferring copies of that Pokemon to the professor. Candies work for an evolutionary line, so "Caterpie Candy" can be used on Caterpie, Metapod, and Butterfree.
>How do I get coins?Either pay up $$$ or go help defend one of your faction's gyms. You can claim a bonus package of coins and items every 24 hours while you have a Pokemon out defending a gym. Defending multiple gyms does stack, up to 10 I believe.
>How does the gym shit work?Gyms are controlled by one of the three factions at any given time.
When you approach a friendly gym, you can have a sport battle with it to train your own Pokemon and give the gym more power, and you can deposit a Pokemon there to help defend the gym. The person with the strongest Pokemon defending a gym becomes that gym's leader.
When you approach an enemy gym, you can battle the defending Pokemon using a party of your own Pokemon. Defeating the gym will damage its prestige score and/or knock the defenders off of it, allowing you to claim it for your own team.
>What is combat power?Self-explanatory, it's the power that Pokemon has in gym battles.
>What does transferring pokemon to the professor do?Basically releases that Pokemon, but you're given one candy for that Pokemon's evolutionary line.
