None of the Conceptional art I saw looks like these. On ingame conceptions they show the body parts etc. of the Pokemon and they are mostly not colorized.
On Anime conceptions they show movement of the mons, I didn´t see anime characters in there.
But if they are putting Synchro in there I could think they are real, so they would have the typical shounen guy(el tigre), the nerd type(robin hoot) and a girl (mermaid). If they announce Synchro then I think the chance of them beeing real are higher.
I think there are 2 ways to confirm these (before getting the game):
1. if these ingame girl, which you can see on el tigre´s pic, is real
2. or seeing second starters. If Popplio becomes a girly type or if rowelet gains a hood
