I assume it's power, but I have a 258 CP Raticate with Dig that has a 45 next to it and a 176 CP Raticate with Hyper Fang that has a 35 next to it. Both have 3 blue bars. Are STABs a thing in this game (so Hyper Fang would actually be 52.5)? And does the power go up if I increase CP?
