There are several known crashes and random crashes but you can beat the E4 and Delta episode on this.
As of 2016-06-29 AVX and SSE4.1 builds come with GUI. I find AVX to be the fastest.

Citra Official is about to add cro++ which brings in support for ORAS into the official Citra albeit with the Petalburg black screen bug that the chink build has already patched.
