ITT: Help me with my team

Currently beat Morty, current team is

Growlithe lvl 26
Heracross lvl 23
Lapras lvl 23
Togepi lvl 17 (only evolving it for pokedex entry)
Kadabra
Eevee

I need a good flier. I'm also considering replacing Lapras for either Red Gyarados or Lanturn, aswell as evolving Eevee into Jolteon or Espeon (replacing Kadabra) or getting an Exeggcute and replacing Kadabra

The latter would net me a nice fire water grass core but I'm worried my team would be too slow. Please help me /vp/
