feel free to post sprites made by other fans, of any generation, these are the only big sprite sheets I know of that aren't fakemon

Those are minature inked drawings, there is no pizel consistency at all.

Thats basically like painting something, then purposely pixelizing it to call it sprite work.

Those are sprites. Pixel art. Digital art that is concerned with the manual placement of individual pixels. Resizing inked drawings would look much messier.
