A better example for what you suggested would be if Froakie was some freakishly popular Pokemon that had a huge following, marketing push, and special bonuses in all of its appearances, while Frogadier is literally-why tier. I mean, I know you're just shitposting at this point, but still, at least try to use your brain for a bit.
