Do you have a particular feature you really want to see in SuMo?

I'm hoping we finally get the ability to rename traded Pokemon.

I wish they'd bring back certain features from older games. Following Pokemon was a fun feature in HeGoSoSi, and it would be nice to have that back. I also really liked the Poketch apps in DiPePl. And the changing seasons in BlWh.

Maybe we'll get lucky and features like Dexnav and soaring will return from OmRuAlSa.

I have move tutor exclusive pokemon from early gen. IT'S MINE, WHY CAN'T I RENAME IT?
Maybe make it so if I have deep "bond"/friendship/etc, the original owner changes.

-Variable type damage nerfs/buffs. Nothing changes aside from being less than 2x/0.5x damage relationships because 4x stacking has to go.

-PWT 2.0 with Battle Royal matches as an option but handled in a way where opponents WON'T gang up on you.

-Expansive dive areas

-New battle items, like variants of the Assault Vest and Pokemon specific "weapon" items similar to Thick Club.

-Communication with Pokemon allows for some expansive story bits/sidequests. Like being a mediator between a Machoke and a Graveler or helping a Gothitelle find a lost momento of its former trainer.

-Villain characters going through a reform phase postgame

I've heard someone suggest instead of 4x and 1/4x it should be 3x and 1/3x. That would still make conflicting type combinations worse, but it would also make it a little more manageable. I think that making everything 2x and 1/2x would mess with things too much.

Not sure how everyone would feel about this but I'm starting to find the battle system boring. Turn based one on one gets lame. It would be cool if they added some time/reflex elements. I'm not asking for smash battles in pokemon but added difficulty would be nice

Super Effective is still 2x
NVE is still 0.5x

1.2x - It was a little effective
1.5x - It was reasonably effective

0.75x - It was less than effective
0.25x - It was barely effective

So something like the time card system in Atelier games? Think Futuresight on steroids.

That way, shit like burns would occur every (X) cards, rather than at the end of your turn. So depending on speed stats you could be burned before you get a chance to act but after the opponent does, etc., or maybe even multiple times per turn
