I'd like for a character to usurp a gym leader or something in the post-game for once. Like, have a couple gym leaders be in with the evil team of the region (depending on which starter you chose) and have your rivals base their teams around the type just because, and then when you beat the champion, (or maybe before you beat the champion to extend the main game longer idk) they take over the gyms. It would also be a good way for rematches.

At the end of the whole battling her and fixing all the safety hazards fiasco her boss yells at her right in front of you and tells her she's totally inept and that the plant deserves better than her. She makes it her goal to improve at both pokemon and health inspection. Coincidentally, rematching her or battling her again in PWT is a living hell because she improved so much. Her signature pokemon is Qwilfish.
