When I'm out my location in game is all over the place. At the same time it's spot on in google and other mapping apps when I check them.
When I'm at home I keep moving randomly within the block. If I keep the phone near one wall I'm almost constantly within reach of a pokestop which is kinda nice, but other than that the game is pretty unfun and unplayable for me.
I tried it with all GPS mode options I have on my phone too.

it's easy to take down a lv 3-4 gym with jus 1-2 guys with crap CP pokemanz or just lv 2-3 gyms with just one guy even if it has a 1300+ pokemon if you don't do shit right, if the reputation is high enough and you have enough pokemons with decent CP in the gym people might clear your gym once or twice but the ammount of potions and revives they need makes them flinch when trying to get you down

If your Pokemon faints while you are in a gym battle with an opposing team, then you need a revive. If it "faints" during training or defending your own gym then it only gets knocked down to 1HP.
