Don't go into buildings you don't have permission to enter, or places of business where you don't intend to buy anything, or churches or cemeteries where there's some sort of congregation of people around, etc... If you aren't welcome there normally, don't go there to play pokemon. You can always catch things from the sidewalk anyways. Also, don't spend more than a minute at a particular place on the sidewalk, or else you'll look like you're doing something fishy.
