How can you catch one specific pokemon over and over for evolution candies and shit? I really want a Ninetails and I've only found ONE fucking Vulpix. What's the secret to getting one's phone to notify them when a Pokemon is about? For me PoGo seems to just shut down whenever I lock my phone or go to another app. I don't get any notifs, and if I leave it for more than a few minutes the app just starts again from the loading screen.
